Patients meet virtually with a HealMind psychiatrist to complete eligibility screening, a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, and intake. Our team educates and prepares the patient for what to expect during treatment. Once the patient is cleared to receive KAT, they will schedule an appointment for their on-site treatment at your clinic. Your team receives their individualized treatment plan and dosing recommendations directly from our psychiatric team.
Step 2
Treatment
Your team administers the medication, following HealMind’s evidence-based procedures and protocols. The entire process is designed for patient safety, comfort, and results — with our psychiatric team available 24/7 for backup support.
Step 3
Ongoing Support and Follow-Up
After each session, HealMind provides virtual ongoing psychiatric follow-up directly with the patient — tracking outcomes and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
