Step 1
Intake & Evaluation
Patients meet virtually with an independent psychiatrist to complete eligibility screening, a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, and intake. The HealMind platform provides patient-friendly education to prepare them for what to expect during treatment. Once the patient is cleared to receive KAT, they will schedule an appointment for their on-site treatment at your clinic. Your team receives their individualized treatment plan and dosing recommendations directly from the psychiatric team
Step 2
Treatment
Your team administers the medication, following HealMind’s evidence-based procedures and protocols. The entire process is designed for patient safety, comfort, and results — with independent on-call clinicians available for emergency backup support.
Step 3
Ongoing Support and Follow-Up
After each session, independent psychiatrists provide virtual ongoing psychiatric follow-up directly with the patient—tracking clinical outcomes and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
